Happy 15th Anniversary of Final Fantasy VII!! 
This Assault Rifle is a custom model I made by combining other model parts together.
The weapon is an assault rifle seen carried by many of the Shin-Ra Grunts and lower class soldiers and MP's (Military Police).
But yes, this rifle concept was created using a mixture of my own artistic views and that of pictures I've seen depicting the weapon through Crisis Core and other art work.
Final Fantasy belongs to Square Enix and characters belong to Tetsuya Nomura
Please credit when you use it, even if it isn't such a 'big model' like a character model; it really helps drive me
